October 9-12 | River Legacy Parks & Living Science Center
After Dark In The Park is a family festival for children ages 2 - 12. The 2008 event will be held October 9, 10, 11 and 12 at River Legacy Parks and the Living Science Center in Arlington. After Dark meets a need in Arlington for family fun that isn’t scary during a season when “spooky” and “scary” are the norm. The event offers a glimpse of River Legacy Living Science Center’s education programs and features unique activities such as a children’s craft and activities area, storytelling under the stars, karaoke krooning, stargazing, a pumpkin patch and hayrides. After Dark in the Park is open Thursday night to agencies serving disabled and disadvantaged children and their families. Food, games and entertainment are free on Thursday night. Anticipated attendance over the four nights is 5,000. Sponsor Levels and Benefits
