Corporate Challenge

The Regatta Corporate Challenge provides exciting, healthy activities for employees in the spirit of fun and friendly competition. Although the trophies and plaques are wonderful, the true reward of the Corporate Challenge is the team building, company pride and spirit displayed by the participants. The games are also a great forum for networking with other companies involved.

Company Coordinators
Each company appoints a 'Company Coordinator' who will be the primary organizer and liaison between your participants and the River Legacy Foundation office. This person's responsibilities include:

| Recruiting fellow employees to assist in organizing your teams i.e. boat crew captains, volleyball team captains and tug-of-war team captains.
| Acting as the primary liaison between your participants and the River Legacy Foundation office. Individual participants should not call the office, they should field their questions through the Company Coordinator.
| Communicating with your company's managers to ensure they are aware of your involvement and the benefits to your company and its employees.
| Ensuring that registration forms, boat crew waivers, etc. are completed and submitted on time.
| Distributing schedules and any other notices to captains, team members, etc.

River Legacy Foundation offers a variety of assistance (Boat Building School video, photos from past events, presentations, etc.) to help the Company Coordinator organize their team(s). Please contact the River Legacy Foundation office for more information.
